All your data remains exclusively on your device:
- Store information and aisle mappings are stored locally using iOS's secure storage
- No data is transmitted to external servers
- No cloud storage or backups are performed by our app
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data to third parties. Period.
Location Services
When you enable location services:
- Your location is used only to search for nearby grocery stores
- Location data is not stored or transmitted anywhere
- You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings
Children's Privacy
AisleMate is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 13 years of age.

Getting Started
AisleMate enhances your iOS Reminders app with intelligent aisle organization. Here's how to get started:
- Grant access to Reminders when prompted
- Select your grocery list from your existing Reminders
- Choose your store or search for a new one
- Start assigning aisles as you shop - AisleMate learns and remembers!
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to create a new grocery list?
A: No! AisleMate works with your existing Reminders lists. Just select which list contains your grocery items.
Q: Will this interfere with my current Reminders workflow?
A: Not at all. AisleMate enhances your lists by adding aisle information. You can continue using Reminders exactly as before.
Q: Does AisleMate work offline?
A: Yes! Once you've set up your stores and aisle mappings, everything works offline.
Q: Can I use AisleMate with multiple stores?
A: Absolutely! AisleMate remembers aisle locations for each store you visit.
Q: Why isn't location working?
A: Check that Location Services is enabled for AisleMate in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
